We received a recommendation for Auten Extermination from realtor. Coincidentally, our friends in the neighborhood had also contacted them for an appointment and they were able to schedule us for the following appointment time. Patrick and his wife arrived and made a quick evaluation of the property area of our concern. They reassured us that we were not dealing with termites but only an ant situation that was no longer active. They treated it as a precaution and sealed the site. After a full exterior inspection and treatment of some current ant activity and a full interior perimeter inspection they had greatly relived our concerns. We have called and called this company to perform our inspection and always got the answering machine. No one has returned our calls or answered any of our questions. Poor customer service!!!

We began treatment for termites the beginning of APRIL, we were thinking two weeks at most. May 24 and we are just now finishing with them. Every time we called we got the voicemail. We would have to text to get an answer of when they would be back. They kept blaming on not coming on the weather. One time it was no cloud in the sky and sunny. We are remodeling our house and they took too long and too many excuses. We ended up going with another company who was cheaper, more professional and guaranteed to be done by a certain date or our money back. Auten just was not what we expected and hopefully they can get their business together in the future.
