Beware of this company. They will charge you $90 a month for 1 of their packages , but will not come out in service your house during the winter. It's like you're paying $90 a month to hold a spot for when it warms up. And then they will not call or let you know when your service date is. They're more than happy to take your money, but don't seem to want to perform the service that you're paying for. They will be canceled as soon as my contract is up. Extremely upset with this service. We tried them to control a rodent problem and it was unsuccessful. We decided to move on and cancel our service as we needed a more in depth rodent control solution. My wife tried canceling and they escalated it their upper management. They then offered to send one of their managers to review our setup and advise us. I expressed that I was not interested.
