Richard is kind and very good at explaining what he will be doing when he’s there to complete a service. I love that they call and don’t ring the doorbell!

Pinpoint has outstanding customer service and response time. I have a quarterly home service plan, and the treatments are very effective. On the rare occasions that I get some extra activity with ants/ palmetto bugs in the summer, all I do is a make call and they are at my house with an extra treatment within 24-36 hours. Highly recommend!!

Used them as an add-on to Weedman Lawncontrol for 2022. Overpriced and didn't help with mosquito control. It was never communicated that this was a sister service that would need to be cancelled separately from Weedman. There was never any communication regarding auto-renewal. Nothing was ever signed or agreed. They came out and sprayed without my authorization and charged my credit card they had on file. I was refused a refund when calling them since they sent me a text message saying they were coming and that is all they need to charge. Very poor ethics for an overpriced service. Will be letting all of my contacts know to stay clear of this company.

PinPoint Pest Solutions completed the Termite and Moisture inspection on a house that I purchased. The inspection showed no termite or moisture issues. Just days after closing...I had a few crawlspace inspectors out at the house to give quotes on replacing the liner. Every single inspector identified significant amounts of mold that PinPoint Pest Solutions missed. I would have requested that the mold be remediated and corrected if they would have identified the issues properly. They did offer to remediate the mold but it did not include removing the insulation. This would have rendered the remediation pointless. Now I have to spend 10K+ to get the mold removed and mitigation installed because of the poor inspection. I do not recommend PinPoint Pest Solutions and I'd question any inspection they perform.

Don’t appreciate door to door, it’s posted in my neighborhood that it’s not allowed. HOA sent out alert that this company in particular may be a scam and to call non-emergency police line if they return.

Ended up canceling my service and going with another exterminating company. With this one we were still getting bugs that they were exterminating for. I couldn’t justify paying for a service that wasn’t meeting our needs.

The customer service is always great and they are very punctual. However they have been treating my home for a few months or so and the issue we have had is not going away. The issue at hand seems to be getting worse no matter what we do or how many times they come out. They just recently came out and completely fogged or bombed our house and it literally did nothing to even remotely take care of the issue. Like i said that customer service is always great but being made promises like paying so much money to take the treatments to the extreme and it not working at all just kinda puts a sour taste in my mouth.
