Expert Pest Control

Do not recommend! Have hired this company twice. The first was fine, met expectation. Issue arose with 2nd service. When there was a problem, ie treatment did not resolve the issue. Ants were still visible in the same area the first week after treatment, giving us hope but came back in force 2weeks after treatment. Website clearly declares they will return at no additional charge if problem continues. The problem is continuing and the resolution from company was first, “wait more time for it to work”, and then after their prescribed wait period “pay us to come back out or pay us for quarterly subscription.” Bait and switch, and I don’t mean pest control! FYI - No company representative has been onsite to review did they do the initial job right, if it is the same/different issue… Buyer beware.

Thompson Brothers have been treating my house for termites for four years. They are very affordable, effective, and very professional. John did my treatment and inspection today and was very thorough and super friendly. I always recommend Thompson Brothers.

They came and treated my house one time in the early winter for cock roaches and still a year later I have not seen a bug. I highly recommend these guys!

This company is heaven sent. They actually care. When Orkin came out for a pest control issue they quoted me 3800-5000 dollars upfront. I called Expert Control and Pam was an Angel from heaven. She spoke to me with meekness and grace and gave me a sense of calmness and encouragement. Mike. I'm very impressed and happy to do business with you all!!!

Very polite and helpful when I discovered I had carpenter ants in my ceiling crawl space. They first addressed the issue and then tried to find point of entry so we could correct since we had never had carpenter ant problems in the past years. Great Team of guys keeping the critters where they belong - would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Expert services several properties for us and they have always been very accommodating and easy to work with. We would recommend them to anyone.

We have loved Expert Pest Control. We have tried several other local companies that sold out to corporations and just had horrible experience with. So it’s been a relief to have Expert Pest Control their products work, their employees have been kind, helpful, and diligent.

Great customer service and quality work. Mike and his team got rid of the termites under our house and come back every year to make sure they stay away! Wonderful people to work with! I recommend them to everyone looking!

Look no further, go with this company!! I had a horrible mouse infestation in my home. Expert Pest control was able to get rid of them quickly and hassle free. I didn't have to worry about my indoor pets at all. In addition to great service, the price was literally hundreds of dollars less than previous estimatesi had gotten previously. My home is mouse free within a couple weeks. I cannot say enough good things about expert Pest control!

Show up when they say they will, haven't seen a bug since we hired them. Bill is always correct. Realy what more can you say.
