Be careful getting termite services with these guys. We had a termite contract for years with them. One day we discovered significant termite damage and Palmetto said they were only liable for repairs if live termites were found. What's to stop Palmetto from killing off termites after they find damage, just to tell you that they're not liable because the termites are now dead. I’ve used these guys in the past and was previously happy with them. This time I called to request ongoing pest treatments at a new property. They wouldn’t initiate the treatments until after they sent a guy out to measure and quote it, which was fine. The sales rep showed up over 30 minutes late and didn’t call to let me know he was running behind.
