We've had King Green for a little over a year and we are so happy with their service. From the office staff to the manager to the techs, everyone is so nice, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient (I ask a lot of questions 😅🙈) We've got one of the best looking lawns in our, fairly new, neighborhood! Highly recommend them for all your lawn care needs!! ETA: Larry J B. came to service our lawn today. We weren't home but I was able to see, on the Ring, that he did our entire lawn, took his time, and did it with care. It's a rainy day and Larry took the extra time to make sure that our receipt bag was secured to the door so it wouldn't blow away. That may seem like such a simple thing but it matters. Thanks to Larry for doing a great job today!!! **ETA: Nathaniel M. Pea and Joe have both been out recently and they have both been absolutely awesome!! We're so grateful for the time and care that we received from both of them and from King Green in general!! We have a beautiful yard because of their hard work!! We especially love having Nate on our route!! Hopefully he'll continue to come service our yard! Thanks for the professionalism and excellence in lawn care!! Dexter came out this past Thursday. I went out to ask him to pay special care to an area of weeds that we're struggling with. He went back over that area and sprayed again for us. We appreciate his attention to our area of concern. He did a great job!! We had Dexter come back out for our latest service and he was very attentive and did an excellent job!! ETA: Connor came out this morning and did a fabulous job!! We're always thrilled to see that it's him!! He's very conscientious and makes sure every single blade of grass is covered!! Thanks to Connor!!

Was with king green for 2 years. The first year my yard looked great, however things started taking a turn for the worse the next year. I found that the treatments were less effective and that my yard was plagued with weeds. They attempted to spot treat and this did not work. Additionally, I began noticing they were not treating the entire yard out the outside of my fence. When voicing my concern and lack of satisfaction the second year of my service, they decided it would be best to cancel my service all together rather than addressing their shortcomings.

I was not notified ahead of time y’all were coming. I passed him coming in my neighborhood as I was leaving.i didn’t think my back gate was open. I contacted yall after I saw they had been here. There was no sign in my yard so I was calling to tell him I was sorry I didn’t have the gate open and could he swing back around. He got very defensive and said I can prove I was there. I wasn’t debating that at all or upset. Don’t appreciate his attitude toward me then he hung up. I just wanted to make sure I would be here if he could come back. Last week I had this company come out to spray some weeds for me. Over the past week bodies have been piling up, the squirrels on my property are dying from their chemicals. Wouldn't recommend

This company is horrible. Last weekend they sprayed my neighbors yard. When I approached the employee to inform him of my late great grandmothers Petunia garden planted along the fence line the man told me he did not care and began stomping grams flowers into the ground. This has sent me into a spiraling depression as she only passed last week and she took great pride in those petunias. I do believe that this is a representation of the company as a whole so unless you want to enter a dark depression as I have avoid this company at all costs.

Made an appointment for them to come out and spray for weeds on the day of the appointment nobody showed up when I called to ask why they told me it was canceled with no explanation or giving me a call to let me know do not waste your time with them absolutely do NOT recommend

I was with King Green for 2 years and my grass is still full of weeds definitely felt like money has been wasted the entire two years. The best thing happened today and that was cancelling my service.

I'm a member of our HOA and I arranged for multiple houses to have their lawns aerated by King Green. They then refused to do multiple lawns because they were not "flat enough". They told me they can't be done, even though I have personally aerated my yard, which is the steepest, multiple times throughout the years. Then they changed the date on our pool area aeration to a time when I would be traveling and therefore I would not be able to overseed it as planned. I asked them to change it back and they refused. It is clear to me they simply are not interested in being user friendly and working hard. I would not recommend them at all.

We started with King Green last fall. All was good until this spring when our lawn did not seen to start to green up. I called and they said someone would come out and check. No one came so I called back ad they said they would not come out for color. I sent them a picture of my lawn and then they said they would come out. No one came. They then fertilized my lawn. Now I have a striped lawn that looks very bad. I called the Georgia office to complain along with pictiures. They appoligized and said that Joe from the Greer office would call me and make an appointment to come out to see. He never came. I called and cancelled my service. I then recieved a letter from Joe that did not address the issue. I cannot recomend thier service at all. The real kicker is that I recommended King Green to my neighbor and his lawn looks great.

I want to leave a review that helps both customers and partners of this company, as they may not be aware that most of the negative reviews at the Greer branch stem from the same recurring issues. I have been a customer of this company for a long time, and I have receipts to prove it. Two months ago, I began noticing that my lawn had a lot of weeds. I called three times requesting a prompt service to prevent further spreading, but I received no response—no email or text message—to inform me about the status of the service or the aeration schedule. Today, someone finally came to perform the service. However, the technician, Nathaniel, according to the branch manager Joe in Greer, became frustrated because my 70-year-old mother, who does not speak English, tried to communicate with him using a translator. She was simply trying to let him know that he wasn’t covering the entire area. His response was to yell at her. I called the branch manager, Joe, expecting him to uphold customer rights, but instead of listening, he threatened to hang up the call and suspend the service. I don’t know if this is truly the company’s philosophy and that of its owners, or if they are simply unaware of how their employees are behaving.

It did take longer than anticipated to get your service scheduled and for that we sincerely apologize. I have issued a refund to your card on file for the delay. Our technician made every effort to overcome the language barrier by using a translation app on-site, and even called a friend to assist further. Based on the translation, he was being asked to apply more fertilizer to an area he had already treated. His response was that overapplying product could cause unwanted results. He spot treated existing broadleaf weeds and recommended mowing to help with the grassy weeds. At our core, we are committed to treating all customers and team members with respect, regardless of language, background or circumstance. While your account has since been closed, we do wish you and your family the very best moving forward.
I think hiring this company might have been a mistake for me. I hired them to control my fungus on my lawn. And my lawn is destroyed right now. Looks horrible.

We had the service for 3 years and in this time there were no improvements to our lawn. I had several issues with this company. First, one of their techs sprayed chemical on our siding that ruined it. The manager first said they would make it right but later said their chemicals would not cause these spots. Rather than replace the siding he gave us "6 free treatments", however these treatments were nothing more than water. Most recently, I called for a"Service Call" because of a large amount of weeds and I was told someone would be here next week, the next Friday came and nobody showed up. I called again and this time I was told it was too hot to treat for weeds and that they would come out when the temp was lower. Oddly enough the day after I called they came and treated my neighbors lawn for weeds but did not bother to treat our lawn or even inform me of the temp issue. They just left us in the dark. I Would not recommend this company. Below you will see a response trying to make it seem like they want to make things right, Nonsense!!! I gave them the info they wanted and there has been no response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
