Person that came was respectful and provided good info about service rendered.
Jarvis, our technician, telephoned on his way over to give us an estimated time of arrival, which turned out to be his exact time of arrival. Jarvis had been to our home previously, which was very reassuring, as he knew the layout and knew precisely what needed to be done. He worked quietly and efficiently. Before leaving the property, he sent us a three-page computerized report detailing all he had accomplished.
Alex went above and beyond, even offering to remove spider webs from under the eves

We were customers of the previous, local, family-owned company that Modern Pest purchased. There were a few hiccups when Modern Pest first took over, but for the most part the company does a decent job with communication. Service providers that come out to our property are always polite, professional, and generally knowledgeable about the products used.

Missed text message about what day and time you were coming. My son, who lives in the house, was at work when they came. Would they have gotten everything done without being let into the house?

Worst company ever. Unresponsive, it took a week for a call back. And un-accommodating. Will only fit you into their schedule. They do not give you notice when they are coming and don’t communicate. They send agents who don’t know what they are doing. I wish I never signed a year contract

I called this company seeking help with a house fly problem, but hung up before I could reach anyone because I did not want to deal with a company that had a long menu just to get to talk to someone. But they called me back, quoted an absolutely ridiculous price for one service call ($500!), and tried to sell me a yearly contract, which I told them I didn’t need. To get rid of them, I gave them my email and said, sure, send me an estimate if you like. I proceeded to hear from them every day for five days, “reminding” me to sign a contract that I never asked for. And then the phone calls started. I left an irate message where I think I swore, and that was the end of that. Do not call this company unless you were certain you want to hire them, they made which should have been a three-minute phone call into a very irritating process. By the way, the flies went away without any intervention at all. I would never have bothered to leave a review, but they contacted me AGAIN this morning asking me to leave one, so here we are.
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! I contracted modern pests to come out to two of my rental buildings (10 units in total) and was paying over $1,000 a month. They came out maybe once, have lied about coming out. I have tenant calling me saying there having issues, modern pests would say they came out and told me they spoke tot he tenants only to find out they never did. I have even checked my cameras. I stopped paying because I was getting 0 services and giving them thousands. They are trying to send me to collections over this. I’ve called numerous times now trying to get them to provide services and they only respond now because I stopped paying. This company is a scam I will be reporting them and calling the Rhode Island Business association. They shouldn’t be in business. I have never seen a more unprofessional company.
