Colby, the tech who comes to check the traps, is so helpful and accommodating! I have a terrible A version to dead things and he has been very understanding in the trap placements as I get all my Christmas decorations out! He has made this a much less painful experience for me.

They are thorough and prompt to reply. Their technicians and office staff show goodwill. Whatever the problem may be, they seek to solve it at the source with an exclusion approach aiming at recurrence prevention. When I expressed concern over the effect that the baits might have on wildlife and even wondering small pets, the issue was taken seriously, and an expert responded with a detailed explanation about the way the baits are specifically designed to keep wildlife and lost or unsupervised pets safe. Furthermore, they do their job with the particular customer's major worries in mind. They try to address and take care of whatever those main concerns may be. I recommend them.

Don’t know how effective your service will be to keep the mice out of my basement. However, I must say thus far you’ve done everything you say you’re gonna do on time and with quality work. I’m hoping for the best results. I’ll provide another review in about six weeks time

Wanna talk about horrible customer service? Paid over 4400 dollars for them to come out and fully protect my house from bats, and the rodent problem i was having, they set up a couple of traps that I had to maintain myself to continue capturing rodents, house and furniture was damaged, when I reached out to corporate almost 3 months ago I was told that a regional manager would contact me as soon as possible, that was 3 months ago, now I get another bill for 150 dollars for the month, they haven't been here in over a month, so not sure how I can be charged when work was never performed. I would never recommend catseye to anyone. if it was between them, and doing it yourself, you'd get better results doing the work yourself and save yourself a bunch of money in the process, I expect some type of reimbursement for the money that was spent and the lack of care and attention was given, extremely disappointing and disgusting company, shame on you.

Had some bees in a difficult location on my house. Other big company's didn't want the work. The technician for Catseyes had the right tools to handle the job safely. Thanks for getting rid of those bees.

Quick, effective, efficient, affordable Had Catseye Pest Control come out to deal with a few very active hives of yellowjackets that had started to spread around the house. Colby, my Catseye field representative handled the hives with professional and ease. They also back their services for the calendar year to allow added peace of mind. I will be recommending and using them again in the future

Excellent experience. The gentleman that came out to my house to discuss the contract and the follow-up gentleman who came to do the actual treatment were very personable and knowledgeable. They know their ants! It would be 5 star but the intial fee is very expensive.

Absolutely terrible experience! Took a long time to get ahold of the company after the inspection to schedule appointment. I was then confirmed a time and changed everything around so we were out of the house and last minute was told I was never scheduled. They then scheduled one time with me and a different time with my landlord that I did not agree to (and again last minute had notice of them running late). Extremely disappointed with their service and unprofessional behavior and would not recommend to anyone

I have used Catseye for about 8 years. At first they were very conscientious about my rodent issues. They started to get less concerned as my problem became a bigger issue in the last two years. After I suggested if they could not improve on service I would be forced to go elsewhere. Everything has turned around and they are more attentive and care about finding solutions for my issues. I know have a great technician who services my house.

Copy is transparent and have hardworking individuals working for them, communicating with office is a little headache. Overall happy with service and no pest for now.

Just signed up with Catseye for protection of my new property. They were very professional, thorough and arrived ahead of time to appointment. They provided a detailed report after each visit. A little pricier compared to others but hopefully worth it based on promise of exceptional services.

They do a pretty good job of keeping the pests away and the will come out when I need them to, but when they come for my bi-monthly visits they always call last minute and the schedule is erratic so I cannot plan ahead. I would prefer a consistent schedule chosen for my preferences instead of being told someone is coming 1 or 2 days before and having to call to reschedule if I want them to come into the house to change bait in the mouse traps or fix other problems inside because I won't be there when they scheduled the visit.

This review is brought to you by 1. Incompetent scheduling. The lack of communication from the scheduling team to service people is consistently frustrating. They will text you letting you know they have scheduled you for a random time without asking and just assume you are ok with it. Then if you try and change that random time it's a massive hassle to change plans because they can't communicate between office staff and field staff. I have turned many field staff away from my door because they mess up the times which has been met with argumentative responses. 2. Lack of consistency on safety info. If you have different field staff they will tell you wildly different things about product safety around pets. It's not super reassuring to know 1 person says this will kill your pets and the other says it's totally fine. 3. Rodent service. This is just placing classic snap mouse traps you can get at home Depot. I'm not sure why this cost so much money for what I could get from Amazon. TLDR: Just buy the stuff on mouse traps on Amazon and do it yourself if you can. The only reason you should need this service is for access to the Insecticides you my not have access to legally.
