Aaron came to do a home inspection today. He has been here before and remembered where all the traps were. He was prompt, very polite and did the extra steps when rodent activity was found outside. He reported his findings and then went on his merry way. I would be happy to have him come every time!

Michael, the technician, was outstanding, knowledgeable, efficient and personable. Eradicated a large wasp colony that had built a nest within the wall of the cellar and gas pipe entrance to the house. Covered by our maintenance contract for vermin and insects.

I’ve been using Big Blue Bug for a few years now, and I’ve always had a great experience. My home is in a very wooded area, and thanks to their service, I haven't had issues with rodents or bugs in the house since I moved in. Tatum was my service technician this visit, and she was fantastic—pleasant, kind, and very thorough. She took the time to explain everything and made sure the treatment was done carefully. It was also really nice to see a woman excelling in a field that’s traditionally been male-dominated. Awesome girl power! Highly recommend Big Blue Bug and Tatum!

Aaron tech #76 and his trainee arrived they were very attentive to what I was telling them. I informed him that I found a dead rat on the middle of my yard this morning. Aaron checked and revisited all the bait box’s as well checking the snap traps in the garage. He was very attentive to what I had to say and very knowledgeable. Aaron has been here before always polite and courteous.
