Worst pest control company to work with they did not solve my pest control needs. Very rude supervisor. I dont recommend using them

Idk how we would survive winter without Brittne especially living near a forest with a river. Shes very professional and polite, and always goes the extra mile. Brittne is one of the biggest reasons as to why i continue my business with this company. We appreciate her tremendously.

Mike was amazing at my 93 yr old Mother in Laws who is in hospice in her home with live in nursing aids. He saw the situation and went out of his way to evaluate & exterminate with minimal impact to her living situation. His technical knowledge and sensitivity was super appreciated. Thank you Mike!

While I understand that pests need to be managed at times, it is unacceptable to send your sales person door to door trying to sell treatment without the clear need. Pesticides are not good for the environment, they should only be used responsibly. And if you tell a salesperson “no thank you” please take the answer and move on. I don’t agree with the business practice and the sales person made me feel uncomfortable while in my own yard after politely declining. Not cool.

Horrible company I've been in buisness for over 40 years and never had a worse company , the tech doesn't show up and when they do they don't do half the things they should be and charge you for full payment , and once you pay them they tell the office you didn't pay , and good luck talking to people in the office they don't want to be bothered

Very happy with the service of Griggs & Browne. I called today and they came today. Very prompt. Took care of my carpenter bee problem. So satisfied and highly recommend the company and Mike Carello was a pleasure. Thanks again.

Posting this review because I just witnessed an employee in a Griggs & Browne truck get visibly upset because I was making a left turn. Yes, I had my blinker on. Don't give your money to people that get this upset over nothing.

My landlord hired you for a mice and bedbug infestation. Many months later and there is no improvement with either. In fact, it's getting worse by the day. All they do is use traps for mice and use all the same products you buy at Home Depot or Walmart. The bedbugs are out of control because they are not being treated correctly. He only sprayed the room affected and now the whole bldg is infested. Landlord is useless to so that don't help . Don't waste your money on these clowns.Theres so many bugs in my bldg, I had to go stay with family because I was having allergic reactions from all these pests and rodents. Any other pest control company, or even a good landlord would have this under control by now. The months just keep going by with no improvement. Living in hell at the Plaza Apartments in West . Warwick.

Griggs & Browne services on rental property for mice and other insects. Reasonably priced. Since we set up a service contract there has been little if any activity with mice or ants or any other pests. I was recommended this company from a neighbor and I’m glad I called them.

Very disappointed to say the least. Started off on the right foot - Came to the house to set up some mice traps, returned once for a check, and then… crickets. I called three times after the initial check to say that there was an uptick in activity. Each time I was told that I would get a call back to set up another visit, yet I got nothing. Almost one year later (it will be a year in August), the traps are still set up in my house, and nobody has come to grab them. Big time waste of money, time, and energy. Do yourself a favor and go with another company.

Away on vacation when my new tenant, who hasn’t even finished moving in, reports seeing cockroaches in unit. Called G&B from Italy (6 hour time difference). Lisa in office , and Lenny, service manager, were able to schedule, do I site evaluation and quote all in the same day! Extermination can begin within a day -back to my vacation and back to a happy tenant! Thank you for all of your help 😀

Please don't waste your time, effort or money with this company. One star is too much. We had a flea infestation and Lenny the inspector came out walked through the living room and bedroom;then stated we had no fleas because the rat traps the apprentice had set up two weeks prior has no fleas on it. When I asked what was biting us and also our visitors his response was we needed to see the dermatologist. According to him the flea treatment the apprentice had used prior should have done the job. When he was probed by my daughter for documentation stating their were no fleas in his professional opinion his response was he doesn't work for us it's the management company. Treating a problem and following up with treatment doesn't exist in thus company. the apprentice had set in dark areas caught nothing. When asked about the bite marks we had as evidence. He suggested a a dermatologist for everyone who has been itten by the fleas including our guests. When asked for a written documentation station.i n
