Very bad experience with Ehrlich. So Hard to get a hold of. You can’t make an appointment for the Service. They put us on their calendar and then give you an email of when they’re coming, which doesn’t work for us. When I try and change or cancel an appointment it’s almost impossible to get a hold of somebody. It takes an enormous amount of time of being on hold, which is very frustrating.
