Very bad experience with Ehrlich. So Hard to get a hold of. You can’t make an appointment for the Service. They put us on their calendar and then give you an email of when they’re coming, which doesn’t work for us. We are fairly new customers to Ehrlich Pest Control and have been sooooo pleased with the company. Our mice have been noticeably scarce (they will never be totally eradicated as they will always find a new way in) since November. The best part of it all is our technician, George. He is WONDERFUL. The service for protecting my home from pests and responding to and solving any such problem has been excellent over all the years that I have had them. However, the company's SCHEDULING SYSTEM is an abomination. The old system of having one's next service scheduled by the technician when completing the current service served the CUSTOMER well as well as the technicians/company had their information. This excellent company just went out of their way to personally ensure we had a full tank of oil, on the day after Christmas, with a storm coming! I am an established customer of theirs, though not on auto delivery, and simply forgot to check the oil levels until it was really too late. The worst time to make that mistake is during Christmas week! The customer service, management and delivery team all specifically intervened to make sure my husband and I were not left with no heat, burst pipes

I called Moyer first thing Saturday morning and the tech (Josh) was here within 1/2 hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me 3 options. I chose to replace the unit entirely. Josh was great.
