They put us on their calendar and then give you an email of when they’re coming, which doesn’t work for us. This excellent company just went out of their way to personally ensure we had a full tank of oil, on the day after Christmas, with a storm coming! I am an established customer of theirs, though not on auto delivery, and simply forgot to check the oil levels until it was really too late.
