I don't take pleasure in writing a review like this, but people should know about our recent experience. My husband and I purchased a home in Royersford and moved in November of 2025 only to find out that there were German Cockroaches coming through the shared will with our neighbors who had an infestation the property owner refused to resolve. In a panic I didn't do much research and reached out to TKO because they had a handful of decent reviews. We were charged $365 for the first two treatments and then sent a contract for bi-monthly treatments. Unfortunately this contract did not meet our needs, but I was told that after the first two treatments we would be charged $150 for future service regardless, which is even stated on our invoice with no mention of a contract. We wound up needing two treatments in January, and were charged $365 for both, meaning in less than two months we've paid TKO over $1,000 for treating a little 1,100 sq ft home that does not have a major infestation. Our kitchen and bathroom were the only places that needed additional attention. Also, being that the bugs were coming through the wall we were helpless, and TKO could continue charging us astronomical fees because we could not control the issue coming through the wall even having taking the additional steps to involve the borough and county health department. We also referred TKO to two other residence involved. I did attempt to speak with the owner and he was unwilling to compromise and also told me that I would not be able to find a more affordable service. This was a lie... I called Patriot Pest Control in Royersford and they charge $290 for the first TWO treatments, and only $40 a month for unlimited treatments WITHOUT a contract. For anyone considering TKO, please take the time to research other local companies before moving forward. TKO lost a long term customer over a $200 credit they were unwilling to put toward future service even after I gave in and offered to sign a contract that did not meet our needs. I am baffled....

We can’t say enough wonderful things about Kyle with his professionalism and efficient services ! He handled our wasp extermination quickly and safely which was very appreciated with our two little kids. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone and will be using their services in the future for any of our needs.

We recently discovered a Yellowjacket nest in our backyard and TKO came out right away and got rid of them in less than 24hrs!

We recently moved to the area and relied upon neighbors for a recommendation when we found a hornets nest in our tree. We called TKO and they had a techniciation at our house that same day. It was a smooth and easy process and we will not hesitate to contact them again in the future.

Used TKO for the first time to take care of a wasp nest in my siding. Kyle came out, was very knowledgeable and efficient. He quickly located where they were and took care of the problem for us. Highly recommend!

Cody just left my house. What a super tecnician! He is so personable and has such attention to detail. He was professional,and thorough and careful. Since using TKO my insect and pest problems are almost nonexistent and their employees are excellent.

I hired them to end the plague of mice and they only put mouse traps, it's been 3 weeks and the mice are still everywhere, I called to let them know that the problem continued and they didn't come back I don't recommend them for mouse control problems

From the owner, to the office staff, to the technician, my service was nothing but 100% exemplary!! They were also never to busy to answer any of my questions/ concerns any time I called. They are efficient and on time. I had problems with some kind of infection in the pantry area, and they solved the problem. And the price is perfect! We highly recommend them.

We own a small roofing company in Montgomery County. TKO has provided expert services and has coordinated with us to control pest so we can continue business. If you are in the trades and in need of pest removal I can’t recommend this company enough!! A++ service and communication.

I didn’t have a positive experience with TKO. I spent a lot of money over a period of 6+ months on several occasions and my pest issue was never fixed.. I respect that they probably do a good job based on other reviews but in my experience they didn’t. They seemed to me like they were more focused on collecting payment than actually solving my problem. Considering other options now as I need too.

I have been a costumer of TKO for many years.....Dave and his employees never let me down!! I always get a call right back. The technicians that come and do my 1/4 ly service are all excellent....Respectful and very knowledgeable. Today I had Kyle come out and take care of a Yellow Jacket problem. He was awesome! Very Professional and again extremely knowledgeable. We got a mini lesson on bees and their nests as well as answering all of our questions, he really did an amazing job! He made sure everything was treated properly before he left. THX again TKO for a job well done!!

Highly exspensive. Will charge you almost $200 to come wave a flashlight around your house then never call back to set up a time to come out. Would not recommend to anyone.
