Seriously knows what he’s talking about! We had a increasing mice problem and with our bedt efforts we could not trap/bait/ or find the source of the problem. We called Dan for insight and help us. He did a very thorough investigation inside and out and let us know multiple things we need to do & took care of sealing up holes. He gave us pictures and sent a thorough write up of what he did & what to do moving forward. Very thankful since i have young children!

Tech was nice and informative, but was here for 15 minutes (5 of which we were chatting) and I was charged $291. Everything is expensive these days, but that just seems ridiculous. I would look elsewhere first and compare pricing. If the price is somehow market rate ($19.40 per minute) then they are good. Had no issue with the actual service.

As a first-time homebuyer, discovering scratching noises in my kitchen ceiling was definitely unsettling. I reached out to Dan, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Dan quickly assessed the situation and determined that the likely culprit was field mice. He explained everything clearly and laid traps to help resolve the issue. Had some mice coming into the house, they came out and found points of entry and plugged those holes up, laid traps down. Very affordable, will use them again for any future pest problems.

I had an ant problem my apartment complex didn’t take seriously. Kevin did! I called him on a Tuesday late morning almost lunch time and he was there when I got off work! Very thorough, mindful of my dog and personal belongings. I am beyond thankful! I haven’t seen an ant since he came out!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with this lovable company. It was easy to book an appointment, the work was quoted fairly, and like magic Dan removed a giant wasp/yellow jacket nest in a tree around 20-25 feet in the air using a long set of poles. No expensive complicated lift needed, super fast service, and Dan himself is an absolute pleasure. Overall I highly recommend this place for all your pest related needs.

Excellent service and knowledge from Dan. Took care of some spiders and other insects earlier in the year and also found where some mice were getting in. Always flexible with scheduling, on time, and friendly. Highly recommend!

Arrived within the scheduled time and took care of a yellow jacket nest, wasp nest, and European Hornet nest. First time using an exterminator and had a great experience. Highly recommended.

Dan came out to help diagnose an infestation at our house. He did a detailed walk through of the property and determined the issue to be carpenter bees, rather than our initial fear of carpenter ants. Dan's honesty saved us the cost of an unnessary service, which we are thankful for!

Jeff has been handling all my pest needs for over a year and is amazing. Any new problems we have they fix it right away. We had cricket issues and mice as well. Both were handled without hesitation. Chosing connelly and keeping them throughout the year has been the best decision for our house.

Dan came out to help with a Yellowjacket nest in a wall in our basement utility area. He was very friendly and professional, and quickly took care of the wasps. As a side-node, we also had some water under our HVAC system and Dan offered to help to diagnose the source of the leak and provided a solution (which worked). This saved us the cost of an HVAC service call! Highly recommended for pest control and maybe even an occasional HVAC issue :-)

Awesome company to deal with

I like using local business. I checked the reviews and they were great. I called them to have them spray for yellow jackets that were in my soffit and they said they could do it in a couple of days. They showed up on time and were very polite & professional. It was not Dan the owner, but a worker of his. He was very nice. He sprayed a solution of Frontline from a tank sprayer onto the soffit.. He used my ladder to get to the soffit even though I told them it was in my soffit when i called. I was told the spray would work “eventually” and to call them in a few days if it didn’t. I asked about the price and he told me I would get billed in a couple of days. No indication of what it would cost. He left and within an hour I got an email asking for my review AND an invoice for $265.00. He was here for less than 30 minutes. The bees are still flying around as I write this and they used my ladder. I Called and left a message asking them to call me back. It’s been 30 minutes and I haven’t heard back so I’m writing this. I know it’s partially my fault for not confirming the price ahead of time. But save yourself the huge bill and buy a $10 tank sprayer, a $50 ladder and some frontline if you want to save money.

Even though I didn't end up having to use their service, Dan was very professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with.
