The gentleman who came out was friendly, courteous and knew what he was doing. There was initially a mix up with the scheduling but after I called they sent someone within the hour to exterminate the wasp nest in our bushes.

The technician arrived promptly, listened carefully to my concerns, and took the time to address them professionally. I appreciated the excellent service and attention to detail.

I had bird nest in my attic at least I thought. Come to find out that the nest was actually in on of the pipes that is connected to my air vent to my bathroom. Long story short. I had toe most great and professional team I have ever worked with to solve this problem at my home. From the inspection, which was done by Joseph K. The supervisor Drew A. and his team member Allen. Work was taken care of captured the wild life. Covered the vents so I won’t have another issue. I can’t say enough good things about these guys. Thank you. My life was a nightmare with this issue but, no loner thanks to Western Peat Service and team. Naomi B.

The person that came out was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to help with the problems that we are having inside the house and he also sprayed outside the front and back of the house.

We had a stubborn problem with carpenter ants in or around a skylight. The technician, David, was very thoughtful about his approach. He was friendly and considerate and made sure we were satisfied with the service. Western Pest has a healthy concern about the use of pesticides and it impact on the environment.

Darian is always on point, professional and knowledgeable. I've worked with Western Pest in the past and they were great with customer service, thus why I wanted to continue to retain their services. And our technician Darian is the perfect example of this.

Not only were two different people who answered the phone—knowledgeable, helpful and very pleasant ant kind, but the technician not only was thorough, but he also had a helpful, kind manner. He offered to also spray our shed unasked. The best thing to me was that the indoor spray was directed softly to a spot and not a mist and there was no odor to it. They also left sticky boxes for any insects to step on and be caught. I highly recommend them!
