He took the time to explain everything clearly, did his job thoroughly, and was very pleasant and professional throughout the visit. 5 stars for Eric! I called Green Pest solution yesterday and the gave me an appt for the very next day. I was so thankful. Chris Dove came out to my home today to inspect a noise the I heard coming from my attic. He found signs of mice and set down a few traps for them. He then went down to my basement where he actually found a dead mouse and put a few more traps down there. Steven M came to inspect and treat our issue. He was prompt, professional, and friendly. You could tell he was used to dealing with people under stress. He put us all at ease. It took him 90 seconds to identify the problem and spent the rest of the time treating and educating us. He went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Steven. I would rather not have him back for the same issue, but when in need, he IS the go to person. The service was expensive, but the problem is gone.
