I found some wood shavings much like saw dust beneath a windowsill in my home. I really didn’t think much about it, cleaned it up, but it came back two days later. I found the Pest Rangers online and checked their google reviews. They were quite impressive so I gave them a call. The lady who answered the phone on the first ring was extremely kind and very helpful. Even her tone of voice made me feel she was truly concerned with my situation. I figured that she was just going to pass me off to a service technician but she actually figured out my issue from just my description. I had carpenter ants. I thought that i couldn’t be true especially with this cold weather but she instantly explained how they are nesting beneath my wooden radiant flooring. She was able to dispatch a technician the very same day! That alone was amazing to me. Long story short, I did in fact have carpenter ants and they were creating something called frass which I learned was a mixture of chewed wood and insect particles that apparently the ants eat. A treatment was done and I was told I would have a return visit included. The frass stopped appearing in a few short days and upon his return visit my issue was resolved. What a great overall experience from the instant I spoke to Krystle to the follow up visit by Rick, it turned a scary situation into amazing peace of mind and comfort! I’m now signing up for a plan that includes a visit every four months to proactively keep my home free of pests! The Pest Rangers deserve 10 stars!! Thank You!!

Steven M came to inspect and treat our issue. He was prompt, professional, and friendly. You could tell he was used to dealing with people under stress. He put us all at ease. It took him 90 seconds to identify the problem and spent the rest of the time treating and educating us. He went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Steven. I would rather not have him back for the same issue, but when in need, he IS the go to person. The service was expensive, but the problem is gone.

I don’t recommend this company at all. They came out, didn’t do anything to inspect any entry points or where to set traps. Just replaced the traps I put out with their own, paid 300 dollars for 20 minutes of service for baited traps you can buy yourself and place. Save your money, go with a different company

Unlike over-the-counter products, our professional treatments and devices are designed to target rodents where they travel, but these methods do require time to take effect, as the pests need to come into contact with the materials applied. This is why we offer a follow-up service and warranty, to ensure we can effectively resolve the issue over time.<br><br>We also recognize that you requested a cancellation shortly after the service was completed, less than 8 hours later, which unfortunately is not enough time for rodent treatments to yield results. We truly wish we could provide an immediate solution, but effective pest control takes a bit of time and diligence.<br><br>If there is anything more we can do to address your concerns or if you would like to schedule a follow-up which was included in your service, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We value your business and are committed to resolving any pest issues as efficiently as possible.<br><br>Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you in the future.
I was a client with environmental pest services. Pest rangers bought them and offered me the same quarterly service package which I gladly took. The problem is pest Rangers didn’t call me to make an appointment to come to my house quarterly, they showed up when it was convenient for them and most inconvenient for me. The last time this happened I asked the technician to get off my property since he showed up unannounced. I also asked him to leave me his business card so that when I did decide to call, I would know whom I was speaking about. I just called and even though it was their mistake and lack of respect for my time, the only way they would restore my service is by increasing the cost of the services. . Seems like a strange way to apologize for not respecting my time. 100% do not recommend you do business with these people. I miss Environmental

Hi Dan,<br><br>We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the discontinuation of your services. Our phone records indicate that we made multiple attempts to contact you to set up services on 3/28, 4/1, 4/8, 4/16, 4/22, and 4/29.<br><br>Your quarterly services were under a pay-per-service agreement, which we unfortunately no longer offer. Therefore, we would not be able to perform services at your home without prior authorization and payment.<br><br>You are correct that there would be introductory fees associated with getting onto our Home Protection Plan since your last service was in December 2023 and there was a lapse in services. We will continue to honor the quarterly services for all Environmental Services clients as long as they continue to take the agreed-upon services each quarter. Unfortunately, when clients do not return our phone calls, we have to make the difficult decision to discontinue services.<br><br>As we move to a more streamlined billing and scheduling process, our Home Protection Plan is our new offering. We understand how frustrating it must be when appointments are not scheduled at your convenience and when you feel your time isn't respected. Our service schedule is important to follow to ensure structures remain free of pests. Your feedback is valuable to us and if you would like to discuss this further, feel free to contact our customer support team.
