Bob is a true professional. He's knowledgeable and quickly identified the source of a persistent bed bug problem I was dealing with. He was the only exterminator who figured out the source of issue and provided a long-term fix. His pricing is competitive and communication is super easy. These guys are awesome! I travel a lot and apparently brought bed bugs home from a hotel. I called Times Up and they were so knowledgeable about bed bugs and their price was very reasonable.
