I have no idea how to complete my service. To date, I've paid terminix to install an exclusion system (~$3k). They completed the 1st step, but I have not been able to get the 2nd part installed for about 3-4 weeks now. Terminix sent a person out unannounced to do the final exclusion system install, but I didn't feel comfortable letting someone I don't know work on my home while I wasn't around.
