I Had Rich come out after having multiple companies come and investigate my mouse infestation and let me say he is very thorough in his investigation. He was able to see what other "name brand" companies missed. He was able to tell where they came in/out from. Able to see their commin routes and set up a plan of action to take care of them. Highly recommend, Very professional.
