During kitchen renovations, my husband and I checked the walls for lead paint with an at home test. To our surprise, it came back positive! Naturally, we were panicking as I’m pregnant and we also have a 9 year old. Called several lead paint inspectors on a Friday evening, and D-tech was the only company to respond that night. We spoke to Dawn who was so friendly and calming. She got us an appointment with the inspector Greg for Monday morning! Greg was professional, informative and gave us immediate verbal results of the testing when he was finished .. NO LEAD! Apparently at home tests can often product false positives. Either way we were so happy with their service! Easily would recommend them to family and friends!

I am home inspector who prefers to have some of my ancillary inspection services sub-contracted to others. D-tech is my NUMBER 1 company that I can rely on for professionalism, promptness, accuracy, and true integrity. My Fiance and I are first time home buyers. We used D-tech to come out and test a home we are under contract for to see how much and what kinds of mold are in the home. Very throughout testing and everything comes back written out in an easy to understand report. Fast and friendly service. Highly recommend!

I have used DTech for many years to handle radon, lead and mold testing for my customers. They have always been professional, polite and responsive. Over the years I have come to know all the technicians and office staff and have nothing but good things to say. Qualified, Professional and Responsive in every way.

They never returned phone call. Tech did not consider this is a real estate transaction, we are moving. He lacked his own equipment to place the testing canisters, On Thursday they left testing devises on furniture to be moved. Saturday we called to say we were moving that furniture. Wasn't until late that afternoon our Realtor texted saying D-Tech was running late. A different tech retrieved them after we had to move them. I think the first guy went down the shore and forgot They did not follow EPA guidelines form ; .EPA 402/K-13/002 | March 2018 (revised) Radon Test Device Placement EPA recommends that the test device(s) be placed in the lowest level of the home that could be used regularly, whether it is finished or unfinished. Conduct the test in any space that could be used by the buyer as a bedroom, play area, family room, den, exercise room, or workshop. Based on their client’s intended use of the space, the qualified testing professional should identify the appropriate test location and inform their client (buyer). Do not test in a closet, stairway, hallway, crawl space or in an enclosed area of high humidity or high air velocity. An enclosed area may include a kitchen, bathroom, laundry room or furnace room.

My company does mold remediation and my customers often hand me a report from a mold testing company explaining why they need remediation. Out of all the air testing reports that I have come across, I have to say that D-Techs reports are the most accurate, easily understood and most thorough. Now when I do a remediation job, and need post remediation testing to make sure we got it all, we use D-Tech. Great people- great company! -Patty F.

**update** The owner of D-Tech re-evaluated the house - stated that no additional treatment is needed and is offering my buyer a 5 yr warranty. All involved are satisfied. The Full Story: Had D-Tech do our termite inspection when we baught our house. The tech told us that there was termite damage - but that he could see evidence of the previous treatment and that the treatment would outlast our life times. 5 yrs later we are selling our house the SAME technician came to do the termite inspection for our buyer. He told them there was termite damge with NO evidence of treatment and that it required treatment. We called the company who told us that they don't keep their reports that long - thankfully I kept the original report - the tech told us to move all the stored items away from the basement walls and he would come look again. He returned - looked breifly and then explained to my husband how unfortunite it is that he can't see the evidence of treatment now. He explained that since he had already told the buyer the treatment was required he didnt want to change his report. We even brought out the pictures of the damge from 5 yrs ago to show him that there was no additional damage. He said that when this has happened in the past (red flag he admits this has happened before) the buyer still requests treatment. He then thanked us for keeping the original report and left us to pay for additional (unnessacary) termite treatment.
