We used Humphrey’s Pest Control for a serious bedbug problem, and after spending $2,000 and three months of treatments, the bedbugs came back. On top of that, they talked us into signing up for their quarterly treatment plan, which has been just as disappointing. We still see ants, mice, droppings, and other bugs consistently around our home. After all the money and time invested, nothing has improved, and the company doesn’t seem to care. The woman who answered the phone was absolutely amazing. She was so patient and kind and didn't pressure us to schedule the service. She gave us all the tips and tricks to use before we made the decision to have them come out for a service. The technician who came out was equally wonderful and knowledgeable and was also kind enough to share Info to help us for the future. They also have a 60 day guarantee which they had no problem with honoring when I felt we needed one more follow-up service
