WONDERFUL experience with these guys! So friendly and knowledgeable. They were very quick to fix my problem. Other companies I’ve had experience with have been very pushy and this was not the case at Optimum Pest Control. Highly recommend!

Really great service and very knowledgeable!! They came very quickly when we realized we had a mice issue. They followed up to check on the problem to make sure bait was working. They gave me so much peace of mind and I was able to live comfortably in my home again! I would recommend them to anyone that needs help with pests! 10/10!

I cannot tell you how fabulous Steve was in helping us with a bed bug situation. I was completely panicked once I found evidence of bed bugs, did a bunch of research and eventually called Steve who came over right away and did the 1st treatment. He then came back 2 more times to make sure it was handled. He was so nice, efficient and communicated the whole process to us wonderfully. 10 stars!

He isn’t there to collect a paycheck, he’s there to fix your problem. He will take his time, inspect every inch of your house, and take the time to answer any questions you have thoroughly! Insects or rodents, it doesn’t matter because Steven and Optimum will handle them. I couldn’t recommend this company more to someone dealing with pest issues! They are absolutely THE BEST!

Update: I wrote the below review when I moved to the area almost 5 years ago now. I wanted to let you know Steve and his Optimum team are still helping me out. My home did not have pest maintenance before I moved in, so there were some challenges. Steve stuck with me and stamped them all out. Now, his preventive program keeps me pest free. I'll end as my review a few years ago started, I am very lucky to have found Steve. Original: I am very lucky to have found Steven. I read his reviews and had to check him out. All these reviews are right...he is the best. I recently moved to the area and in my old home used the big pest control companies for decades for preventative maintenance. One visit with Steven and I realized I get triple the value with him than the big companies. Plus, you can literally text him if something comes up. With the warm visitors and some spilled sugar, I noticed a problem, texted him and he would out in a couple hours. Plus he is tremendously nice.

Steve and his team have been servicing our house for several years now and they do a phenomenal job. Unlike previous pest control companies we've used, Steve really listens to our concerns and does whatever he can to solve the problem instead of just putting a band-aid on it. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of pest control services.

Steve and his co-worker are honest people who take the time to answer any questions. We have been dealing with them for several years and never a problem. If all companies were as good as they are there would be no complaints and btw, I am not related to him, lol.

Steve is very knowledgeable and did not try to up sale me on anything. He was vary polite and took time to explain what he was going to do. He never left me guessing about one step to the next. I was amazed at how fair the pricing was. I ended up having him do a full exterior treatment. I was recommended to him from someone that he had helped with their bee problem and I must say they where spot on with what they told me about him. I highly recommend anyone with any type of bee or pest issue to give him a call. I am sure you will be just as pleasantly surprised as I was. I am not someone that gives reviews on anything but the impression he made on me with his business manor and knowledge as well as his professionalism is just something that is vary hard to find today. It is refreshing to know that there are still some business people that be leave that if you take care of the customer you have made a customer for life and Steve has done that. If you find yourself in need of his services you will not be disappointed, I promise.

Steve and his partner were absolutely fantastic! I scoured Google for someone to help me with my mouse infestation. I wasn’t very knowledgeable and let my problem go get too long. Steve to the rescue! He was able to wiggle me in sooner due the crucial status of my problem. And boy was it a problem! So much so, that I was seeing them quite frequently running around. He showed up on time and walked through the house with me. He taught me more about mice and the situation. It was very insightful and kind of embarrassing for me, having been so ignorant until it was unbearable. Steve laid out a variety of traps in several locations throughout my house. He also inspected the outside and sealed any potential entry points from the outside and within. He was extremely thorough. So thorough, that within 5-10 mins of him leaving - WE GOT ONE! Terrible, I know. Steve maintained communication and checked up on the situation. After a few weeks, he came back out to discover that the mice were taking to all of his traps very nicely! And I had already seen less mice at this point. He refilled everything and told me to keep him posted. A couple more weeks went by and I saw a few more - but it was because they were running out of places to hide and all entry points closed. Steve sent his partner out (Mike?) to check on things and get a second set of eyes on my situation. His partner also refilled things and shared his experiences and knowledge with me. We even found a freshly deceased mouse when he came in. Since the last visit, I have seen no mice and there doesn’t seem to be much of anything happening in my home now. No sight of droppings either. Steve explained that I had a pretty bad case (and I definitely agree). I am impressed with their work and can definitely see that they enjoy what they do and will see the job through! Hopefully I won’t need them in the future - but if I do, Steve has my business! His pricing is fair and I am so glad there are still people out there who love their job and genuinely care for their clients. Thanks guys!
