He isn’t there to collect a paycheck, he’s there to fix your problem. He will take his time, inspect every inch of your house, and take the time to answer any questions you have thoroughly! Update: I wrote the below review when I moved to the area almost 5 years ago now. I wanted to let you know Steve and his Optimum team are still helping me out. My home did not have pest maintenance before I moved in, so there were some challenges. Steve stuck with me and stamped them all out. Now, his preventive program keeps me pest free.
