Declined a quote they said they have to be first or last company called wouldnt even discuss options with me. Pretty dissapointing.

I heard their “What’s Bugging You?” radio show and found their honesty and candor refreshing, so thought I’d use them as a 2nd quote over my existing exterminator. We were shocked by the knowledge and honesty that the ATC inspector provided. Where our previous exterminator pushed monthly treatments with long-term contracts, ATC wanted to solve our issue as safely and long-lasting as possible. I got a home visit scheduled in a week or less and Ian arrived well within the time frame they told me. He’s very friendly and did a great job and my dogs liked him 👍

Tyler came out when we had problems with yellow jackets in our garage. He thought he found out where they were but they returned. In calling Tyler back he came out the next day and was able to find their nest inside the concrete block wall. Problem resolved. We developed an ant problem due to the heat and rain this summer and contacted ATC since we had such a good experience on our yellow jacket call. Ian came out an accessed the problem where the ants were entering the house and treated the baseboards inside but has to return in 14 days to treat the outside of the house since we had sprayed and it would interfere with their treatment. Ian was very professional, friendly and informative on exactly what he was treating them with and how long it would take to eliminate them. I had a great experience with ATC the first time I had a problem and nothing has changed on their work with my ant problem. I would recommend them to anyone that has any pest problems.

He went beyond bait refills by suggesting a new location for one old station and inspected around the outside of my house. (finding and sealing a very probable mouse entrance)

UPDATED: The operations manager reached out to me and apologized. They took responsibility for the oversight, without deflecting blame. It did speak volumes, prompting me to increase the rating. I emailed ATC on May 11th and received a call back the same day. The person seemed knowledgeable and friendly so I agreed to a quarterly service. I asked if I need to call the office and set it up or did our conversation take care of that. He stated he would take care of it and someone would call me soon. I never heard back. I called on May 26th asking if maybe I fell through the cracks and reiterated I'd like to set up service. He stated that it didn't sound right and he had never heard of that happening. He said someone would call back in a few moments. They did not.

Tyler performed the service in November 2023. He covered all the rooms and garage and answered all our questions. He spent time outside clearing our dryer vent of debris where pests could hide.

ATC are always on time and do a thorough check. We had mice issues, but since we went with ATC, we have seen any.

ATC is very reliable and have taken care of all our problems for a very long time. They are professional and thorough. We are more than pleased with their service. Our technician Matt is very knowledgeable and personable. We look forward to his visit every 3 months.

ATC has been taking care of our home for a long time. We had serious issues with pests in our new home and 3 companies later nothing improved (over 2 years). Someone recommended we reach out to ATC, and they were very thorough. Within a month issues had been significantly reduced, and by a year there were none. They have successfully maintained that status quo for years now, this is the real deal.

When I reached out to ATC for help with a pest issue at my house, they claimed I had other "issues" that sounded related. However, these "issues" are in fact not real and just a scummy marketing technique to drive up the cost so they make more money. This company takes advantage of people who may not know better about how their house is set up so they can steal money from them. Find yourself a reputable company instead that doesn't engage in slimy tactics.

ATC is a top notch company. They have friendly and knowledgeable staff and provide professional and effective service at a fair price. They are easy to get in contact with and responsive. We have them come out quarterly. I trust them with handling my elderly mother’s home. Their scheduling system is very good and they were able to handle our rescheduling with ease. Their billing and work write-ups are up front and easy to understand. I will definitely be using them in the future. Thanks.

ATC Pest Control is a reliable business. I have had them as my home extermination company for some years now. For over 20 years I lived with every type of ant you can imagine. They would just fall out of every crevice when we were at our table for meals, in the bathroom every room of my home. I am today ant free and have been since I have been with ATC. Wasps and hornets, cave crickets, moths are now just a memory. The technicians are professional, efficient and listen to your concerns and are ready with a solution. My experience with ATC is a 10 out of 10 experience.

We live in the country and have had a huge issue with field mice getting into the house. I called this company expecting an enormous fee & contract & to be added to a schedule. That did NOT happen!! I'm not sure the name of the fella (think Tyler) but he assure me on the phone that they've enccounter this issue many times & felt absolutely certain that they eliminate the problem! I was thrilled. Then, he suggested coming down the next day!! What excellent service!! He also explained billing options with, to my surprise, did not require a year or two-year contract!! Whew! I was so relieved! Friendly, professional, excellent service!!

We called ATC Pest Control because a competitor had provided a plan requiring >$10,000 in expenses for rodent remediation, and we wanted a second opinion. Ian arrived, and immediately we realized that he would be easy to work with. He checked out the site and found a dead mouse that the other company had overlooked and confirmed our suspicions that the expense would only be a temporary fix. After checking our original contract, we switched immediately to ATC.

This is a new review because we have quarterly service with ATC and I continue to be so satisfied. I recommend this service to anyone who ever sees pests in or around their home. Their excellent technicians have also rid our barn of a rat problem we were having in the horse stalls, and they got rid of some bats trying to get underneath our roof. As far as our actual home goes, we no longer see any pests inside our home. It is so nice to be pest free. ATC has very concerned and professional technicians who treat you and your home as if it is their own. Our first experience with ATC, years ago: : Our kitchen was overrun with tiny ants that seemed unstoppable. ATC came in and treated our outside and inside, and within a week, we saw no ants, and we have not seen stink bugs, mice, spiders, and no other pests. ATC will treat our home and outside quarterly to keep us free of pests, and not seeing stink bugs is the icing on the cake!

We have had the pleasure of ATC exterminating services for quite some time, and have been 100% satisfied. All of the techs have been knowledgable, and friendly, but Ian Woodhouse is our favorite tech. He cares about us as "friends". He always checks on how we have been, and catches up with our current activities, as we check on his. He is exceptional. He said that he would not be able to come to our home for every visit, which is very unfortunate. We will recommend ATC to everyone! Thank you for your good work!

These folks are highly trained experts and the company has cutting edge thermal treatment technology that is not dependent upon dangerous chemicals. Highly recommend!

Brian came out to the house and discovered another problem that we didn’t know we had and was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what we needed to do. So far I’m very impressed and I feel like we are in good hands.

Best service! We had a bat inside and they answered the phone late at night and talked us through what to do. I have used them for years its nice to see a family business who cares about their customers.

Ian is the best exterminator we have ever had. He is friendly, responsive, a great communicator who explains what he is doing and why.
