Unfortunately this was a very bad experience. Marc told us on day1 we had flying squirrels and put one trap in the attic. He had to borrow our ladder. He checked the trap once, then came back & retrieved his trap, billed us almost $400, and said maybe it was mice. We sent him a video of a squirrel in our attic that we caught on an Amazon game camera after he left. He said he’d be back to reset the trap but his truck wasn’t working, then he was sick, etc. Haven’t heard from him since that. We spent money but received no value. We have since found a company that works on exclusion (keeping the critters out). Unfortunately Marc just delayed us from getting to someone who could address the problem, and wasted money.

Mark is very professional and knowledgeable. Helped us solve a groundhog problem.

I had reached out to Mark early in the morning about a bird building a nest in one of our vents. He came out later that same afternoon, removed what he could reach of the nest, and even put a wire screen over our vent to prevent birds from getting in again. He was quick, honest and knowledgeable and I would recommend him and use his services again and again!
