Master's Touch was the best. Their services are good. BUT ever since they were purchased by Viking Pest Control scheduling is just not right. They schedule appointments NEVER EVEN TELLING us that that they are scheduled until a text is sent the day before. Not even 24 hours notice. Then when you call the response - 'oh we can just do the outside'. That is what we had last service and that's not what I'm paying fo on an annual service plan. So when I called, I'm told that they'll be here b

I had reached out to Mark early in the morning about a bird building a nest in one of our vents. He came out later that same afternoon, removed what he could reach of the nest, and even put a wire screen over our vent to prevent birds from getting in again. He was quick, honest and knowledgeable and I would recommend him and use his services again and again!
We started seeing cockroaches in our restaurant kitchen, and I was so worried. The company sent someone out the next morning. He was friendly, professional, and explained the whole process step by step. He worked fast but didn’t miss a thing. Within a week, we didn’t see a single roach. I can’t express how relieved I am! Such a reliable and caring service.
