Disappointed. After the first cleaning, I was emailed picts! They were of the front and back of my home, none, showing me the condition of the gutters, for all I know they stayed on the ground. The door notice said there were issues and to call. I called, because their portal wouldn't work, only to find all was fine. Then the next time, they left a door notice said all was fine. No email of their adventures, and I received a phone call to call back, as there were issues. I called, only to be advised they noticed dirt on my siding and were trolling for more work. I advised I only contracted them to do gutter work, and that was all I wanted to hear from them about. They came so highly recommended, maybe I have had the "B" team, maybe next time I'll get the "A" team. I'll have to give much thought before I have them for another year. Signed, Disappointed

Excellent service and communications. Just be aware of the cross-sell. It’s clear Ned’s strategy is to sell you something beyond gutter cleaning every time they come to service your property. There leave behind leaflet makes that clear (see photo, no option for a simply completed job😀)

If I was able to give zero stars I would. We had to have a gutter removed because of an ice dam issue. They removed the gutter which was fine. The technician told us they would contact us in the spring to schedule an appointment to have the gutter reinstalled. That never happened, They showed up at my house and installed a new gutter without any authorization and then charged me. I didn’t want the gutter installed because I had a contractor come out and other work needed to be done before the gutter can be reinstalled. They always send a text before coming out but on that day they sent a text saying they were coming but the issue was when we received the text they were already working on my house. I verified that on my ring camera. I had no time to call them to stop the work and ask who authorized it. I have been with them since 2018 but I called and cancelled all my service with them. I am also disputing their charge with my credit card company. Be careful with this company.

During their service, their crew saturated our employee’s battery-powered blower and miter saw with water, as a direct result of how they performed their work. The tools were actively getting soaked. When our employee asked the crew to stop, so he could move the equipment out of harm’s way, they did not stop the work that was causing the damage. The blower was visibly covered in water (we provided photos taken at the time) and while the saw was quickly moved inside and dried to minimize harm, the damage had already occurred. The end result was that both tools lost their warranty coverage, confirmed by the manufacturer, due to water saturation. Although the tools still function for now, being left without warranty protection on expensive equipment is unacceptable, especially when the damage was completely avoidable. The company was provided documentation and a clear explanation of what happened, yet chose not to address or resolve the issue in any way. Mistakes happen, ignoring them and refusing accountability is the real problem here. Based on our experience, I would strongly caution others to think twice before trusting this company around property or equipment!!!

I booked gutter cleaning in November. They finally showed up on January 8. If they put as much effort into cleaning gutters as they do in trying to upsell you to other services, they might have earned a higher rating.

Had my gutters cleaned yesterday by a crew of 2. There was ice in my gutter from a recent storm we had. Instead of coming back to clean the gutters when the ice was melted they took a hammer and chisel to my gutters for 5 minutes. I tried to get them to stop but neither spoke English. I can’t imagine that their hammering at my gutters didn’t at the very least loosen them from their holdings. I also could see from my side window that my garage gutters were still full of grit. They spent a total of ten minutes with a leaf blower and that was the extent of their $192.00 cleaning. I have called them and texted them along with emailing them never to come out again to service my gutters. I truly expect they will ignore my request and will show up next year. Never again. Pay attention to these bad reviews people find someone else

Avoid them!!! They enrolled me in a subscription I never agreed to, showed up at my home unannounced, and made unauthorized charges to my credit card. Even after multiple attempts to contact their customer service and request proof that I requested an annual gutter cleaning subscription, they have failed to provide any evidence.

I contacted the company for minor gutter repairs and an inspection due to improper slope and leaking end caps. I signed up for their year-long cleaning service specifically because it was advertised to include inspections. The first crew cleaned the gutters and discussed the issues with me on site, but no inspection report was ever filed. After I called to complain, I was told an “experienced” crew would be sent out. That second crew again walked through the same problems with me, yet I still received no inspection report, no written findings, and no repair recommendations. At this point, despite multiple visits and repeated assurances, I have received none of the inspection deliverables I was promised. Do not use this company and the bad reviews here are consistent.

Thus company is the worst. I cancelled the gutter cleaning and they are on my roof two months later! Telling me I did not cancel. These folks are strange and I am definitely going to fight this. I’ve never dealt with a company willing to sacrifice their reputation for nothing. Then they said they text me that were coming out. I literally get a text during this conversation. Unbelievable! They made a mistake and didn’t update my account when I cancelled and are too greedy to admit it. I would never arrange for gutter cleaning and not want the service. This is unprofessional behavior.

I requested Ned Stevens to come out to inspect my gutters as they were not draining properly and I was getting a large wet spot on my exterior that would remain far after everything else dried, causing me to be concerned about water leakage into the exterior. They arrived and started by dumping large amounts of water into the gutter which made the issue worse. I asked the employee if they could actually look and see what the problem was like I truly needed, and they said no. I've been looking into getting this issue fixed through other companies. Since then, Ned Stevens had not stopped contacting me. They identified that my pavement could use a power washing, and they have called, emailed and sent mailers to me nonstop for the last few months asking me to power wash my pavement. I will never use their service again.

Horrible experience. I never hired them but they still tried to force their gutter cleaning on me. I used a Compnay they purchased and I guess they assume that means they still have the right to your business. They came three times unannounced and luckily I was there to turn them away. I called and emailed multiple times asking them to please not come again and I would never be hiring them again. The last time I had to tell them I would call the police if they didn’t immediately leave as they were setting up ladders. I had my gutters cleaned by someone else just two days before. Run from this terrible company. They should be reported to someone and shut down.

Will not use them again. Needed a new rain spout. No communication. Was told they were scheduled for next day did not show up. When they did show up cleaned gutters and said wanted to make sure of color Talked to office and clarified color again when they returned they said they needed to clarify type of pipe. Was told they would not charge until work was finished however charge was on my card. They tried to get me to sign up for other services but couldn’t get the service I needed done
