John from Delco Pest & Termite showed up within about 10 minutes when I called him about a rat issue. He did a thorough inspection and was completely upfront about what I could try myself versus what really required a professional. He even showed me how to place and bait traps rather than charging me for something simple. When we asked him to come back and take over, he set everything up quickly and professionally, and the rat was caught within a couple of nights. He followed up afterward, walked around inside and outside to point out possible entry points, and explained how to prevent future problems. He was extremely responsive throughout — checking in by text and always showing up on time. And we haven’t had a problem since. Easy to work with and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend.

John is the best! I usually don't write reviews.. but John earned this! I had a hornet nest on my property. Damn those stings hurt! I called John, he answered right away, quoted a very reasonable price, and met me in 15 minutes! He was extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions about hornets and also various other pests, and was very enthusiastic and pleasant! After getting into his bee suit, he got rid of my nest in like 30 seconds! Fast, efficient, pleasant, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I wish all services providers were like this. If I have any future pest problems I will definitely call him. Highly recommended!!

A few months ago, we had John Lohr do an exterminator job. He is professional, friendly, informative. His price is reasonable, he does a good job and owns the company. He doesn't pay for advertising, he prefers his customers tell others about his company. I highly recommend him.

John is great and so knowledgeable. He has helped with mice and insect removals and has given advice to ensure continued success. His service and products work and are very affordable especially when self-treating costs add up and does not mitigate the problem. They are safe around pets and wildlife as that is as important to him as us as mutual pet owners. Great service, great guy and I would 100% recommend.

John is one of the best exterminators I’ve ever had come work on my property. I had a slight issue with mice which could’ve easily become detrimental, but John came in was timely and worked very efficiently to resolve my issue. I will 100% be using his services again.

Came right away for an appointment, fee was mentioned up front, no hidden charges, reasonably priced and (most importantly) NO MORE BUGS! They were gone within a day of spraying. Customer service here can’t be beat. I’ll never go to anyone else!
