Exceptional Customer Service and Professionalism! I recently had the pleasure of working with Jones Termite & Pest Control, and I must say, their customer service exceeded my expectations. From the start, they demonstrated good communication skills, even when I mistakenly provided them with the wrong address. Christ, the representative I interacted with, was not only friendly but also very honest. Instead of becoming frustrated or annoyed, he handled the situation with grace and professionalism. Even apologizing for what was clearly my mistake.

Roaches appeared one wk after extermination they did the job again .have to wait and see what happens.

Excellent service. Responsive and quick to get an appointment. I've been using Jones Pest Control for years with recurring mice problems in the home and every time they come over, the mice vanish in a few days. Never fails. I really really hate mice and they always take care of the problem as these critters arise. They take the time to go through your home and inspect all possible entry points and strategically place the poison traps. They get it right every time!
