We had a great experience with Mills Pest Control. We had a yellow jacket nest that was behind our gutter and were not able to kill them with spray so we decided to call in the professionals. Shane was super nice and was able to make a same day appointment. He arrived on time, explained the process, documented the nest with pictures and video for us since we couldn’t see it from the ground and quickly exterminated. While he was here he noticed the multiple mounds of dirt on our yard from the cicada killers and took care of them as well. Completely satisfied with the service :)

Excellent thorough service, more than fair pricing, and just a genuinely good person. Shane came out the day I called him and helped take care of an active hive under my siding and also took care of mice control in and around our property. He even wanded the spider webs on our porch before he left. 100% would recommend!

I booked them after noticing cockroaches mostly at night near the kitchen sink and fridge area. The technician came the next afternoon and inspected behind appliances instead of just spraying everywhere. He used gel bait and targeted hidden spots, which I appreciated. The smell was mild and didn’t disturb the house. It took about three days before I saw a big reduction, and within a week they were gone completely. Only minor issue was the wait time for booking confirmation.

Excellent service--from response time to service to recommendation for help with the chimney where the bees were getting in. He had to go up on the roof to treat the problem and took pictures when he discovered the crumbling chimney. I'd recommend 100%
