Dominick arrived promptly, took the time to explain exactly what was going on, and educated us on what to expect moving forward. I called Capasso over the weekend and left a voicemail. On Monday morning they gave me a call back and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Dominick arrived a few minutes early and got right to work assessing the issue. He was thorough in his assessment and explained to me what he was looking for at each step. Following the assessment he clearly laid out the best course of action and answered any questions. I cannot recommend Capasso pest services highly enough. Good people running a local business. Professional, knowledgable, and effective! Dominic took out a very tricky hard to reach bee hive under our front door steps and did a great job. He also walked around the house and showed us steps to take to protect against other pests including mice and carpenter ants.

We called several places and not only were quotes significantly higher but no one was friendly, or helpful. We had yellow jackets in our stone outer wall and needed help getting rid of them. Had yellow jackets entering exterior stone wall and a few in my son’s bedroom. I left a message at 9am, Dominic called me back at 10 and was at my house a little after 12pm to take care of the problem. He explained how a few could make their way into other areas of the house.
