Weekly lawn care: great service - we have kid toys and dog toys everywhere and they do a great job of picking up when I forget (a lot) and also do a weekly leaf blowing of our patios and side walks Other services: they reseeded an entire section of our lawn that was struggling after pulling trees and also flattened our “flat” part of our lawn which had a ton of holes to make it smooth for soccer Customer service: very responsive with any issues or requests

Asked for a quote...quote was highest one...asked them if they would reduce price ...they responded they will not reduce their price...I then accepted their estimate and they responded days later that they all of a sudden cannot fit me in and I should find another lawn care company. All I did was ask if they would reduce price per application...a complete waste of my time...no way to do business and I would highly recommend using another company who is more professional, trustworthy and will keep their word in my humble opinion.

Organized and thorough, limited evidence of route trails

We have been customers of Messina lawn care for two years. We are very satisfied with their lawn service as well as their customer service. We have recommended Messina to a neighbor.

First year with Messina, so cant tell you what our lawn will reveal come this spring. Most weeds have been eliminated and lawn does appear to be more lush. Some spotty areas still, but I believe this is more on us rather than the service. We aerated and over seeded ourselves (this is offered as an option). Overall, we are pleased with the service. Will have a more accurate appraisal come spring.

I was excited to use Messina Lawn Care, as they have great reviews and were always very pleasant in my interactions. However, they destroyed my lawn last Fall and took no action to repair it until it was far too late. In short, amidst the significant rainfall, they prioritized applying their product over the incredibly soggy conditions. This led to huge tire track mud prints being left in my backyard. They said they would come out to fix it, then nothing happened for a month, and when I finally reached back out, they sent someone back out in November who just threw some seed down and left. The picture shows what my backyard looked like all Winter. When I reached out to explain my dissatisfaction and to cancel my service, I received an apology, but still no fix to my lawn. Really disappointing experience.

It's hard to say if our lawn has improved yet but the customer service is great!
