A guy from Pointe pest control came to my door. He wouldn't say what he represented or why he was here, other than they are talking to neighbors. He wouldn't say what about?!?! I am so grateful to Lance for responding so quickly to my request for a rodent check. He came out the same day and to my surprise, he found a water leak under my house! I was able to get a plumber and it was repaired the same day. Lance provided an acceptable quote for his services, including timelines.
