6/11/25 Mark was here on time, he was great, professional, timely and thorough. He asked questions and then described poisonous spiders to worry about. He also request Insight to check in two weeks to see how the issues of spiders turned out, suggesting if still a problem he would do the inside of the house. Nice man. Randal was new this visit. BUYER BEWARE! I have had 3 visits over the course of a month for treatment for rats. The problem has still not been fully addressed. When I asked to cancel my 1 year contract, I was told it would it would cost me $400 to terminate due to a clause that states that the consumer must return the $200 “bonus discount” plus the initial fee. A bait and switch tactic that is not explicitly apparent. In all 3 cases the technicians were nice , respectful, BUT very poorly trained. I know more about rats

Randall was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and informed us about an item of interest under the house that we did not know about. He even found a spot in my yard that could be a pest issue and put another bait box out. I was even advised of the different types of wasps and hornets that could make a nest on our house and where the possible locations could be. He also gave us advice on fixing our possible entry points into our garage. I was very happy with his service and recommend him highly!!
