This service is ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS. Total waste of money and and a month and a half of time. Paid $275 for the initial treatment about a month and a half ago for spiders and ants and as of this morning still have just as many spiders and ants as we did before we hired them. We hired Good Earth for a carpenter ant problem. Our house was crawling with them, one even crawled across my iPad screen while I was reading! It was beyond creepy and it became intolerable. We tried to solve this on our own but it just got worse. GE evaluated our property, gave us tons of good advice on how to manage it, and they eliminated the problem. They were respectful of our needs and our attitude about the use of chemicals. Thanks to them I can sit in my living room without constant heeb

6/11/25 Mark was here on time, he was great, professional, timely and thorough. He asked questions and then described poisonous spiders to worry about. He also request Insight to check in two weeks to see how the issues of spiders turned out, suggesting if still a problem he would do the inside of the house. Nice man. Randal was new this visit. He was awesome. Courteous, friendly and professional. This visit he serviced both the inside and the outside of our home. (We are in the country
Randall was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and informed us about an item of interest under the house that we did not know about. He even found a spot in my yard that could be a pest issue and put another bait box out. I was even advised of the different types of wasps and hornets that could make a nest on our house and where the possible locations could be. He also gave us advice on fixing our possible entry points into our garage. I was very happy with his service and recommend him highly!!
