I got hooked into a door to door sales pitch. We agreed to $169 every two months. The first problem is they didnt do anything they said they would. Like cobwebs in the garage or around the outside of the house. We cant reach them and this was a major selling point for me. The guy walked around with his tool but left every single one of them. They literally never did anything inside the house except give me 2 small fruit fly traps. They put 1 rodent trap out on property perimeter. And took care

My situation was a little different as I was intending to gift the sod install to my son at his home for his birthday. My yard has struggled being choked by weeds and chinch bugs for the past few years. That last year was the worst so a call for help was needed. Silas of Bumgardners Irrigation came out to inspect my neglected sprinkler system. He was extremely patient, concise and knowledgeable. In about 2.5 to 3 hours he replaced and adjusted a large number of sprinklers, found a thoroughly covered up sprinkler head we'd all forgotten about, repaired it despite serious tree roots and showed me how to adjust the sprinkler heads, if needed. Called about needing an interim service due to ants. Message left after hours, call was returned today. Called in and got scheduled for day after tomorrow. A bit faster in the past with a similar problem but still acceptable. Phone rep was helpful and courteous. We’ve had great service with Axiom.
