I highly recommend Jake with Storysold Pest Control. He is an outstanding professional who truly goes above and beyond for his customers. Even though my home was outside of his normal service area, he made the effort to come out and help me. Back in 2022, Jake came to my house and took care of a field rat problem we had underneath the home. Since then, we’ve had complete peace of mind and no further issues. Recently, I reached out to him again to help determine whether there had been any new activity, and he was just as responsive and helpful as ever. Jake is knowledgeable, professional, reliable, and genuinely cares about his customers. His customer service and dedication are second to none. I greatly appreciate everything he has done for me and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing pest control services.

Great experience with Storysold. Had a squirrel living in my attic and garage for a while with damage to the structures. Jake has been very straightforward, honest and well-priced. Evicting the squirrel, repairing the damage and preventing recurrence. Highly recommend for anyone needing similar services.

We live in an old house(1906) with a bunch of restaurants nearby, so of course we had some rats move into our crawlspace... Jake is a pleasure to work with, he tracked the rats to their entry points, closed them off, and trapped what was still there. All for a surprisingly reasonable price considering the amount of work and time he put into it. I really recommend him!

Jake is an expert at identifying rodent activity and resolving the issue for the long term. Exceptional customer service. We were referred to Jake after we heard rodent activity in our attic. Jake identified that squirrels and rats had found entry points into the attic and crawlspace. He secured the points of entry and monitored for any new activity. His work on identifying and securing entry points into the attic and crawlspace is expert level. If you have a rodent issue, I would call Jake 100% of the time. He provides much better services than your typical rodent vendors.

Jake is the absolute best. We called him after my cat had a mouse in his mouth in our new house. He helped us with mice, ants, squirrels, and rats, and our home is now protected. He is super informative, takes the time to explain things, does the dirty work, and really wants to save you money. He didn’t use anything that posed any risk to my cats. He didn’t use any chemicals at all. I could not be happier that we didn’t go with one of the “big guys”. Plus, he is just a really nice, genuine dude. Call him!

I wish I could give 100 stars. Jake is the best. We appreciate how affective he got rid of our rat population under house. He is very detailed and efficient. Please give him a call or text. (He is busy so texting is easier) You will not be sorry. The BEST!!!

Jake helped out a couple of years ago at our home with a crawlspace pest incursion. He was very thorough, professional and was a super good value.

Jake saved us from a couple generations of squirrels that had decided our attic was where they should be! These little dudes were determined, trying various ways to break in. Storysold sealed up all the little cracks that they were finding. Can't recommend enough, and so happy to not share our home with squirrels!

Jake helped me evict a pretty destructive squirrel who was nesting in my roof. He set one way exit points, made sure the squirrels were out, and then patched up several entry points to be sure the squirrels wouldn’t come back. He was great to work with, professional, and made sure we had a comprehensive strategy rather than just some bandaid solutions. He came out to my house a few times, was great about communicating what he was doing and why, and did quality work on my house. I highly recommend hiring Jake if you’re looking to get the job done right the first time.

I can't think of a time in the last 14 years living in my home that I've had more anxiety once I learned we had a family of rodents trying to make our crawl space their new place of residence. The "other guys" who make you sign up for a yearly contract (I know because I did this) don't care to diagnose the problem. They drop some bait stations and traps with no strategy. I called Jake because one of the employees from "the other guys" said to expect this problem to be resolved in 8 to 9 months. LOL! I almost fell out of my chair. There must be a better solution....and there was....I found Jake, the owner of Story Sold. Not only is he a really nice guy, he knows what he is doing. He is a pro! He takes the time to figure out exactly all of the entry points and studies the rodents behaviors so he can catch them quickly. It's pretty remarkable. Needless to say, in about a month, our problem was resolved and we all are sleeping much better. Do not waste your time with the other guys. If they tell you you need a yearly contract that's because it will take a year or more to get your situation resolved. Jake is the best in the business!! So happy I found him.

Absolutely amazing! He was quick to respond and came right out to our home and did an inspection!! Gave great tips. He was very patient even though I was a stress case! I highly recommend!!!
