Highly recommend! Five gold stars for this family-owned company. After calling several exterminators in a Hail Mary to help us deal with a mouse in the house and getting responses that we’d have to schedule days out with pre-approved inspections, Mike from Safeguard answered and treated us so kindly and headed our way. Our mouse escapade decided to happen on a Friday, close to 5. So all the more amazing that Mike came to help us. He was a sea of calm in response to our exhaustion & frayed nerves - since our previous attempts hadn’t worked. He was polished, practical, and dealt quietly, cleanly, and skillfully with the capture, utilizing non-toxic supplies. (Big plus!) It was a reassuring & positive experience all around for me and my household with friendly, respectful treatment of our home, family, and situation.

He was flat out rude to me. He yelled at me, because I was scoping other potential competitors. He hung up the phone, completely unprofessional. As soon as I mentioned Orkin or Terminix he blew up in frustration. Not cost effective.

Service and prices are excellent. The technician seemed a little nervous, but overall pretty good. I'll probably have to call them back out again.
