The technician was on time, incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and took his time to do a thorough job. The first application killed 80% of the problem, the second finished them off. Worse drivers in the state. Good to know the owner doesn't have enough common sense to know driving is a part of his business otherwise he would never make it to a single call. I'm going to help his customers here too. EVERY PEST CONTROL COMPANY IN THE WORLD OVER DILUTES THEIR CHEMICALS WITH WATER TO SAVE MONEY! this is why there are so many reviews talking about how there were bugs back within the week or even the next day. They sprayed your house with water. Spraying for bugs is the biggest scam in the world. Do some research there are specific plants and products you can buy at any farm supply store that will do far better and cost way less than having some fool come scam you by spraying water around the base of your house.

KC Pest Control can take care of anything that’s bugging you! All kidding aside, I haven’t meet anyone who is so knowledgeable about bugs. They use high grade products that work very well. They are very reasonably price and have fantastic customer service.

Great Service and prompt too! Finding out you have termites is never a good thing. But when you have people who know what they're doing come in and take care of the problem in such a professional way it sure eases the mind.

I definitely recommend KC Pest Control. I called a few places when I needed pest control and I based my decision on which company to use by how nice the person was who answered the phone - if you get a pleasant and welcoming voice on the other end of the line then the other services are probably great as well, and they were! They didn't disappoint, haven't seen a mouse in the house since they came, and before that we were seeing 2-5 a day.

Recently bought a new house. Thought I would be proactive and have the new property sprayed for Spiders just incase.. I called KC Pest and talked with Trudy, told her what I was looking for she quoted me $99 for the service. We had our new house sprayed the following week. We then moved in that weekend. Our first week and a half living in the new house, we started seeing Spiders. In the house, bedroom, bathroom, living room, and the garage. After finding a total of 8 within 4 days, I was a little annoyed. I waited untill Monday morning to give them a call about possibly coming back out. Instead I was told they didnt spray my attic and that was probably the cause, I then stated I wasnt aware the attic wasnt included in the spray I had purchased. I was then told that it was a additional $25 charge. I told Trudy that I wasnt happy about the fact that this service wasnt included nor offered to me if it was a option. I then asked if they would make it right by coming back to the property and respraying at no charge and I would pay the additional $25 charge for the attic. Trudy started to agree, and when I mentioned all the areas I had seen the spiders, she then started to tell me she would only be respraying the interior base boards at no charge, and that the fact I just moved in, I must have had my garage doors open to let the spiders in, and that was the reasoning why I was seeing them, and that they wouldnt be respraying the exterior at no cost. I asked to speak with a Manager, and was told by Trudy she was the Manager. I then told her I was trying to give them the opportunity to make the situation right, and instead I was blamed for the situation. I am now having to call a different Pest control place, to finish the job I already paid for. Definitely LOST my business, and recommendations. Buyers Beware. LOTS of fine print for a simple service! ***EDIT*** Everything in the response from owner is False. Its now very clear to not do business with a company that can literally not take accountability for their actions, and then deflect, lie, and be dishonest over a review. There are too many other GREAT companies to work with in the area. Shame on you.

Bugs back twice and prices went up. Then third wave of bugs. Go with someone else. They blame the customer for reintroducing the bugs. No warranty. You worked for my mother. I am a client. Yes, your prices went up by 100 dollars in the space of 3 months. I'm fighting these bugs on my own now. You treated my home and mother's home. I have PTSD from the bugs. NO WARRANTY.

Used this company to spray twice for fleas and it had no effect. Called to get them to warranty the problem and was informed that they only give a 30 day warranty from the initial spraying not the second spraying that we paid for. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK.
