This company doesn’t even deserve any stars. They are a big-time rip off. They tell you one thing and they do another. They provide a service that does not work at all and make you pay and then if you don’t pay they make you pay in collections. After you talk to them, they still don’t care all they want is your money.

Hi Robert, our records show that you only paid for 1 of the 3 applications that were completed at your property. we made several attempts to contact you via text, email, and by mail to resolve the past-due balance and allowed over a year for payment. Unfortunately, unpaid accounts must eventually be turned over to collections. We always want our customers to be satisfied and encourage them to contact us directly if there is ever an issue.

Everything about this company is completely shady. Termite treatment quote was astronomically higher than others, plus they kept saying they came to treat the lawn and I could never see any evidence of treatment for both weeds and pests. I cancelled the subscription on all 3 of my houses and they said I owed money for yet another treatment that was never performed I would advise all future prospective customers to steer clear of this company and choose a more reputable organization. Hawkins pest control has been 1000% more professional, thorough, and effective. Don’t just live and learn the way I did, go with the better company from the start I get the impression they might have been a good company at some point in the past, but those days are gone

These services were completed as scheduled and documented internally, but payment was never received for several of those completed treatments. The balance referenced after cancellation was not for future service, but for work that had already been performed before the account was closed.<br><br>Regarding visibility of treatments: many professional lawn and pest applications do not leave obvious visual residue, as products are applied at label rates designed to be effective while minimizing surface appearance. All services are performed by licensed technicians using approved materials.<br><br>As for pricing, termite treatments vary widely based on structure, size, and conditions. Our quotes reflect the scope of work, materials, and warranty provided. We encourage customers to compare services side-by-side, not just price alone.<br><br>We always aim to resolve concerns directly and respectfully and welcome communication before matters escalate to public reviews. I have had repeat issues with them not doing what they say they do. I have had to had to remove wasp nests and spider webs myself after they come by. Today, they supposedly did the service around the perimeter but somehow missed a giant spider web!!! Why does this keep happening, Atlas?

Ace was very thorough, honest, and professional when he inspected my home. I thought I had bed bugs but after we went through the inspection process together which included flipping, unzipping, and looking all around the mattress we did not find any. Though he probably could have bamboozled me he just honestly told me that he did not see any. I am relieved and grateful to have found such an honest and thorough pest control company.

We used to live at Taylor Ridge townhomes after somebody took pictures from Atlas and say that we were the reason why there’s an infestation no don’t even get me started when asked for proof they turned their own other cheek top of The line customer service I think not

*** SPRING UPDATE *** Grubbs had killed more than half of front yard. So they were treated for and 6 weeks ago I Added 22 Rolls, 220 sq ft of sod, Jared and Stacey set up the fertilizer treatment for the struggling grass that had survived the Grubbs and to help the Sod. Here’s my yard today. 6 weeks ago was abyssmal and just 6 short weeks later, I’ve got most of the lawn back. —-/// Original Post Below ///—- This weekend I noticed that my front lawn area had several areas where a critter such as an armadillo had been rooting, looking for bugs. So I called Atlas on Monday and they sent a technician out on Tuesday to put down a Grub Treatment. Very pleased with the rapid response and the technician was professional and personable.
