We only use Hawkins because our apartment complex has a contract with them. Do not use this company, they will promise they will be there but then not show up twice in a row week after week even after you have everything set up and ready to go for them. We've been waiting over a month for our second routine spray. Landlord can't get ahold of them and neither can we EDIT after this review I received a phone call from Rochelle stating she will not be spraying our unit anymore and that we need to contact our landlord only about this matter. We couldn't reach them yesterday when they were supposed to be here though ..

Cody: after receiving your cussing screaming voicemail, we chose not to service a hostile unit. This is a safety risk. Your conduct got your unit canceled. Again, please contact your landlord directly.
Called for a tech to come out and assess termite damage as well as deal with the termites. Scheduled a time and day. No tech showed up so I called and text the office. No answer, and no text back, no called back.
I called for an appointment and she said that they would be there on Monday around 1-130ish, never called or showed up. I called again to see if I mis-understood or what, the answering machine picked up I left my information again, never received a callback. So I wouldn’t waste your time with this company.
Top notch family owned and operated business! Affordable and effective. We use them on our personal and commercial properties!

Regarding the negative review stating the wife was sleeping while the tech knocked on the door, I feel maybe it’s a little unfair as I imagine these techs are there by appointment and need to make sure they’re alerting the tenant so as not walk into a possible unsafe situation. I think maybe the apartment complex made the appointment unaware this was nap time for some tenants. Scott came out today and not only was 100% professional, he was extremely knowledgeable and kind. We’ve been battling earwigs and Scott thoroughly checked and sprayed everywhere and even went above and beyond to point out things in my yard. I would highly recommend this business as I’ve had Terminix with no success. A big thank you to the office staff and Scott!

Thank you so much for the kind words! Scott is a STELLAR applicator who has 30 years of experience. He is the very same guy the reviewer below speaks of. We also felt the below reviewer was not aware of the safety issues we face in the field, announcing ourselves WELL is absolutely our policy. We strive to give our paying customers the most through job we can. We go in every accessible room so that the paying customer gets what they paid for. Also, it is state law that tenants are given 24 hours notice, this is in our contract also. If no notice is given to the tenant we re-schedule the job. He and his wife had 24 hours to plan a mid-day nap. We GREATLY appreciate knowing that others saw that for what it was, a review by a non-paying tenant that does not understand we have risked our LIVES to provide what he calls "free services". He may not be a danger, but his next door neighbor might be! We never know. We've had guns pulled on us, I personally had an elderly man almost push me out of his door, you just never know what's behind every door. A lot of people have hearing issues, small kids playing, dogs barking, etc. This policy will remain the same despite the uneducated review. We greatly THANK YOU for your business and review both!

They are ALRIGHT, (C003161) truck # Nice guy he seems like. But doesn’t give the right to have bang on anyone’s door with his equipment. My wife was asleep. He seen me on my Balcony and still came and banged!! I don’t request the service my complex does. I noticed that you guys go so far back to look at the tenants. Be respectful, I wasn’t refusing!! Maybe it’s a thing the company does but don’t do something that you wouldn’t like done to you! Be more generous! instead of trying to look for an argument take this feedback and do better! Thank you for the free service anyways!
My apartment complex was sprayed by these people however when they were in my apartment they were completely done in less that 1 minute like 30 to 45 seconds total and ten I had to have them called back cuz I looked at the work they did moment's after they left and there was nothing done when they came back the second time it took them twice the time and they still did very little work if it was possible to gcie them 0 stars I would and I will never use these people services nor would I suggest anyone use these people ever if your looking for someone who is gonna do the job there being paid for Not to mention how rude they where when they came back like how dare I ask them to do there job in the slightest

Please let us know which complex you live at so we may check into this report. You do not look familiar, your name is not familiar as a tenant that has put in a work order at any of our complexes, nor have we had a “call back” to re-spray any unit a 2nd time. You possibly have the wrong company. Also, tenants do not pay for their pest control at apartments, the property owner does, so you would not have paid for any services you’ve received from us. The only way a tenant pays their bill is if they are found at fault for the issue. Please call our office to have this issue resolved in the proper manor. Thank you!
