Very professional and did a thorough job

Platinum is awesome. They always come out anytime the wife is worried about spiders or bugs. The techs has been understanding with little kids and getting ants under control. The yard service has been super helpful getting weeds beat back too from taking over our grass. The owners operate it and personally have a hand in day to day operations to make sure quality of service stays high. No bug service immediately gets rid of everything but how they handle treatments and follow ups makes a huge difference. Highly recommend them.

I LOVE Platinum Pest and LAWN! Their techs are always clean cut, he text me when he was on his way, he was dressed nicely and I had no concerns letting him come in my house. This company is so great. They are so pleasant to deal with-in their office and the techs in the field!

Platinum always contacts me ahead of time letting me know when they will be here. The rep. Always asks if I need indoor service. I really like they check on that so I don’t have to remember to ask them to do it. The reps are always polite and professional. The monthly cost is reasonable and worth it.

I have so many good things to say about this company, I could ramble on about how they are reasonable priced, prompt service, or even how amazing the customer service is. We love Platinum Pest and Lawn. They are always on time, courteous, though, and informative. The pest problem is under control and we couldn't be happier. A few of the reasons we love them are 1) they call or text when they are on the way. 2) they close gates when they are done 3) if you notice an increase in pests between services, just give them a call and they will come out and take care of it. We had a horrible ant problem and in less than 2 months Platinum Pest was able to get rid of the ants and keep them out!!

It’s been a few years now, living in our new home. In that time, we have discovered issues with rats, spiders, roaches, ants, moles, and one time we even discovered termites! Each time, Platinum Pest Control has come out and resolved each problem in a timely and professional manner! They have worked with my schedule when needed, are respectful of my property, time and schedule, and I have recommended them to others who have said they received the same level of service.

I never knew pest control companies offer memberships! Platinum Pest does and it’s a great deal! They were polite and thorough. Now, the only bugs we see are dead ones. Well done!
