I called Alex on a Wednesday Morning and he answered my call with a great attitude and was super helpful in getting me scheduled for a service. He called me prior to my scheduled appointment time and was able to see me sooner which was great! I explained what I was seeing around me house and where and he took it from there. Once treatment was completed he gave me a thorough explanation of what he had done and I was truly impressed with the professionalism and service. He said he would be back to

Alex did an amazing job double checking that the day and time still worked for me and all the necessary precautions on our end if any and if we had any other questions. Alex then sent me a text informing me of the set services to be done. I received another text verifying upon his arrival of location and services needed. Easy to contact. Very friendly. Alex came out to do a site survey for pest treatment. Explained what treatment was needed and what treatment would entail. Over the phone scheduling was quick and easy. Alex and his technician showed up on time to complete treatment and walked me through all the treatment when it was complete. Great pricing! FYI, this was our second pest control company because the first one straight up sucked. Highly recommend Alex with SafePro Pest Control.

Within 5 minutes of being on a phone call with John, I could tell this was a very down-to-earth straight-forward business. They were able to show up early for my appointment and gave me a courtesy call. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, answered my zillion questions & actually found another problem I was completely unaware of. They’re also cheaper than their competitors so it was kind of a no-brainer. Highly recommend.

LBR was extremely responsive — they gave me an on-site estimate for my (smallish, residential) job the day I requested it on their website. They gave me a professional, knowledgeable reviews of types of suitable grass, and how they would install. I agreed and they came the next day and did the installation! It was efficient and professional. I even got a veterans discount on the price! No complaints at all. Highly recommend.
