I have had three projects done by LBR. I dealt primarily with both Martha and Randy. All the employees seem professional there. I am most impressed with the integrity. A true test of any company is when there is a disagreement. We had a slight disagreement on the last project but they handled it perfectly. I will only call LBR for my next project.

LBR mowed our lawn, their service punctual, clean and Quick. We have , in my opinion, a difficult lawn to mow with all the additional trees and plants my wife added to our yard but the crew handled it very well.

We are very pleased with the service from this company and would highly recommend them. We needed our paddock and barn cleaned due to all the rain we had gotten. They were very efficient and very easy to communicate and work with from the office to the ground crew. You could not ask for a more professional team. LBR was extremely responsive — they gave me an on-site estimate for my (smallish, residential) job the day I requested it on their website. They gave me a professional, knowledgeable reviews of types of suitable grass, and how they would install. I agreed and they came the next day and did the installation! It was efficient and professional. I even got a veterans discount on the price! No complaints at all. Highly recommend.

Would never use again. Quote was very high, but I was in a pinch. Crew was unable to complete the job I requested, but still charged full amount, even after exhaustive requests to adjust the total.

I dont think they are insured. one of the workers broke the rear seat window by shooting rocks recklessly with his weed wacker. the worker apologized and told me to call his boss but when I called Randy later after leaving the scene he refused to pay and told his employee to lie about the situation. money really does something to people. always record everything, call police, and dont leave scenes until things are resolved always! i sure did learn my lesson. Shame on you Randy!

One of the workers from LBR (Lawns by Randy) at the Arby’s property shattered the back window of my car with his weed eater with my child in the back and when I spoke to him he admitted to it and was being cooperative. After I spoke with the manager he lied and said he didn’t do it and even the manager took the employees side after he admitted to breaking my window and shattering the entire side. I am dealing with stress because they don’t want to pay for my window and they don’t care for the damages they have done. I have proof of all the damages they caused. I thought I could trust their word but they lied. Randy Ward, the owner of LBR does not want to comment or call me back and does not want to take charge on this incident. Instead he sends me to the operations manager who only denies me and calls me a liar.

I am sorry to hear this. If we are responsible for breaking something we do our very best to get it fixed as SOON as possible. We have definitely broke our fair share of windows over the last 20+ years. In this particular case our operations manager did not feel we were responsible and I have to stand by my operations manager. I am sorry the outcome was not in your favor and I am sorry for the stress that has been created by your broken car window. Hopefully things are better for you moving forward. Again I apologize and wish you the best moving forward.
