This company goes above and beyond for their customers!! They are not your typical exterminators!! Our tech today Bryan was very professional and did an excellent job!! We have had Justin out here also and he is phenomenal! The owner is one of the most down to earth people you will ever meet and explain everything in detail and make sure all questions are addressed and answered!! Love love love this company!!! Even the receptionist Hailey is very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful!!

We have been customers with Pest Off since 2013 and we are so happy with the services. We do so much appreciate how they always address any needs we may encounter. We unfortunately, inherited bed bugs a couple of months ago when we lost our dear sister and had to take care of her belongings she left behind. The sweet lady had fought the garments but we found we carried some home with us. It was a nightmare getting all the prep done due to our ages and had little help. I couldn't believe how effective the first spray was. Then the followup second spray, took all worry and fears away. Todd took excellent care of us both times and I am happy to report the bed bugs are no more! I probably gave the offices a headache with all my silly questions during prep, but Josh helped so much with his input over the phone. Dawn and Hayley truly made the whole thing easier to deal with. Thank you all so so much. Life is so much better now. You will have our business as long as you'll have us. God bless all you wonderful people.

Justin completed a very thorough inspection inside, outside and underneath my home to determine if there were any active termites (complete with pictures) so I could see the past damage that had been done over 10 years ago. Brian came out this morning to do our first spray. Very professional and courteous. It is apparent that Brian knows exactly how to treat customers and he represented the company well. I don’t know what they pay him, but it’s not enough.

Bryan comes to two of our buildings and is consistently so friendly. He shows awareness of the type of facility that we are and works hard to try to do a thorough job and yet not interrupt things that might be sensitive in nature. Most would not take time to care like that. He also brings friendliness and happiness to the building with each visit. This means a great deal to us. With the other building, Bryan remembers that we have individuals with extreme breathing issues and always comes to the main office to report that he is getting started, and giving the staff member time to wrap up what she is doing and leave the building before getting started. This shows that there is care for the employees here which is greatly appreciated.

We have used Pest Off since 2006 and have been very satisfied with their service. Josh serviced our home for the first several years. He is very knowledgeable in his trade and always answered any question we had. We've had a couple of other techs the last couple of years. Todd was very knowledgeable too. Bryan was new to us and sprayed our home just last week. Very pleasant and knowledgeable too. The only bugs we have seen in our home are dead ones!! The girls in the office are very polite and helpful in their scheduling. We highly recommended Pest Off Exterminators.
