John is always great and very thorough when he does the inspection! I told him when he first started on my route. I was amazed at how good he was. I’ve been with Terminix forever, and this guy is the best I’ve ever had and I’m very sad but happy for him that he got a promotion, but he isn’t gonna be my tech anymore and I don’t know whether they’re all ever be one as good as he was I hate to say hopefully I’m wrong.
