Aggressive door to door sales that sell you on a 4 treatment plan. But it is a scam. They actually sign you up for a long term 18 month plan a 4 treatments a season. When you try to cancel they fight you and then after you finally get them to cancel your service they charge you a $289.00 cancelation fee. None of my pest issues where ever taken care of and I even have video from my ring camera where I was charged for the 159.00 visit and the tech did not even perform any services. Stay away

I have found that Mira Home employees are very thorough in their work. The service person, Shannon was a very good listener was and genuinely helpful and kind. When Mira Home first came to us we were surprised how many dead bugs were on the front and back porches after their treatment. Also I don’t worry because they use the safest of the solutions. We had Matt come out to rid of some hornets we had in the front of our home. He gave us a courtesy call to let us know he was on his way, and said he could relocate the nest to Mt Airy forest! Our biggest concern was that we didn't want the nest killed off since wasps are good for the ecosystem, and they weren't aggressive or territorial with us.
