Poor Service,Tom needs to retire.

I wish there was no stars...I paid for baiting of termite pods in December2018..as of today service has not been completed.office phone will not take messages...Tom gave me his cell phone number but will not answer the phone...I am more than mad...

I called on 11/6/17 for assistance with a rodent problem. The receptionist was nice, said that the owner was out of the office and that he would return in around 20 minutes. She assured me I'd receive a phone call upon his return. No call Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. I called again Thursday, received the voicemail, left a voicemail...and have still heard nothing. With treating prospective customers like this, I do not understand how places like this stay in business. Hopefully my situation is a one off with them. Who knows?

Called to schedule pest eradication. Lady on phone was rude and would not answer specifics. She hung up the phone on me. No idea how their actual service was.
