They always give me a call in advance of their visit. That gives me time to do a quick review of my lawn to see if there are any issues they need to address. Usually, it is the same technician which is good because he "knows" my yard.

Ryan applied the spring treatments to my lawn after coming to my door to explain it. I had some specific questions for him as to how and when to seed a poor area and he was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I contacted Lawn Doctors on April 7 to get a quote for reseeding two yards, accepted the quote, and prepaid for the work. I then heard nothing from the company. I called the office on Tuesday, April 14, to confirm when the reseeding would take place and was told it was scheduled for April 17, a date I clearly remember because it is a significant day for me. Despite this, the work was to commence on April 16 without any prior notice to me. I get a phone call from the tech stating he's ready to seed and the irrigation wasnt marked. At no point did anyone successfully communicate about their arrival time. Nor that I had to mark the irrigation. ( It was asked on the intial conversation when I accepted the quote) I was told that I had been texted, but those messages were sent to a landline number and no one verified that I was actually receiving them. So I had to accept denial of the work and issued a refund per David. For a professional service provider, confirming correct contact information and clearly communicating scheduled dates and times is basic customer service. Given this experience, I cannot recommend Lawn Doctors and hope they seriously improve their scheduling and communication practices.

That’s on us, and we’re addressing it with our team.<br><br>When our technician arrived, the irrigation system wasn’t marked, which is something we require before seeding to avoid any potential damage. In those cases, we have to pause the work until everything is properly marked.<br><br>We also understand this situation became frustrating in the moment. Our goal is always to keep communication respectful and productive on both sides.<br><br>As discussed, we issued a full refund and closed out the service. We appreciate the feedback and will use it to improve. Dave
